What are available payment methods?

At the moment we accept payments by PayPal or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).

Credit card payments are also processed via PayPal but you are not obligated to create PayPal account and your credit card will not be stored anywhere.

How can I find road map for my car model or navigation system model?

Use our simple search modul on homepage where you can search all road maps by your car type or navigation type.

Every road map offers information for which car type (brand, model and year of manufacture) and navigation type (brand or model) is suitable.

I can't find road map for my navigation system / car model.

Please contact our support and describe which product you need.

Additionally you can take a photo of your navigation system, tell us more about your car brand, model and year of manufacture along with you chassis number (VIN).

The more information you provide we will be able to help you faster.

I can't find my car brand on your list.

No problem, some car brands are not listed on our webshop (especially rare car brands like Maserati, Lamborghini, Jaguar, etc.) but we can probably supply road map for you car brand.

Do not hesitate to contact us and we'll see what we can do for you. Please also provide your car brand, model and year of manufacture.

I'm not sure if listed road map will suit my car navigation system.

Every car navigation system has Settings and/or About section where you can find these information and then you can compare them with our product information for which car model and navigation model is suitable.

If you are still not sure if our product is suitable for you navigation system please contact us and provide your car brand, model and year of manufacture along with chassis number (VIN).

Can you provide a discount?

Normally if product is on sale (for example outdated products) then discounted price is already shown in product details.
